What if I don't know which package is right for me?
That's where the consultation call comes in. We'll ask about your timeline, how involved you want to be in the planning, and what you've already figured out. We'll give you our honest take on which package fits and talk through the options to make sure it's the right match for you.

Can I add things to my package after booking?
Yes. Just give us enough lead time to do it well. The earlier you flag something, the better we can take care of you. Whether you're adding welcome party planning or full design, we can step in where you need us.

What other services do you offer?
In addition to our planning packages, we offer signage design and execution, hotel block coordination, and rentals — all available to our clients. You may not know if you need any of these when we get started, no problem, these can be added at any point through the process (just leave us enough time to do it well)!

What's the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding coordinator?
It comes down to when we get involved and what we're doing. A coordinator steps in close to the wedding to manage what you've already planned. A planner is there from the beginning — building the vision, sourcing vendors, managing the budget, and making decisions with you the whole way. Our wedding day management package is coordinator-style execution; our full-service package is full planning from day one.

What's the difference between a venue coordinator and you?
A venue coordinator's job is to make sure things go smoothly for the venue. Our job is to make sure things go exactly right for you. We genuinely love our venue partners — a lot of our couples find us through them — but at the end of the day, you're our client. We advocate for what you want, not what's easiest for the space.
