Emma Lambert

Emma has been drawn to weddings since she was young, not just the celebration, but the craft of bringing someone's vision to life. She thrives on getting to know each couple personally and building a day that's genuinely theirs, filled with both the bold details and the subtle ones that make it feel complete.

She's a natural problem solver. The kind of person who will figure out how to run power through a bush and cross her fingers about the spiders and make it happen without anyone knowing there was ever a question. Her love of organization and creative troubleshooting means she's ready for whatever comes up, and genuinely satisfied when every detail lands exactly right.

Originally from Georgia, Emma has called the Texas Hill Country home since high school. When she's not working weddings, you'll find her cheering on her boys at soccer games, watching Aggie football (Whoop!), or making a case to her family for another trip to Walt Disney World.

A meet & greet with Emma

How did you end up doing both planning and signage — and how do those two things work together?
As a planner, I think through every detail of the guest experience, and signage plays a huge role in that. It's not just about having a pretty welcome sign; it's about helping guests know where to go, setting the tone for the day, and tying the whole design together. Planning gives me the big-picture perspective, while signage lets me bring those details to life. Because I'm involved in both, I can make sure the signage isn't just beautiful - it serves a purpose, fits the timeline, complements the overall design, and reflects the couple's vision.

What's your favorite kind of couple to work with?
My favorite couples are the ones who are genuinely excited about creating an experience for their guests, not just checking boxes. They trust the process, are open to ideas, and want their wedding to reflect who they are as a couple rather than what they think it "should" look like. That's when we can create something that's not only beautiful but also feels authentic and stress-free.

What do couples always seem surprised by when they work with you?
I think couples are most surprised by how little they have to think about on their wedding day. They expect to be answering questions or making decisions, but instead they get to be fully present because everything is already being handled. A big part of my job is anticipating needs before they become problems. From keeping the timeline on track to coordinating vendors and solving issues before anyone notices, the goal is to make the day feel effortless.

What does a really good wedding day feel like from your side of it?
A really good wedding day, from my side, feels calm. Not because nothing goes wrong—something almost always comes up, but because everything is under control, and the couple never has to know about it. When I know the couple is fully present - dancing, celebrating, and making memories instead of checking the timeline or answering vendor questions - that's a successful wedding day to me. It means they trusted me to handle the details, and they got to experience their wedding the way they were meant to: as guests of honor, not as event managers.

What about when you're not planning weddings?

When I'm not planning weddings, I'm usually spending time with my three boys. They definitely keep me busy, and I love just being outside with them or finding our next little adventure. If we have a free day, you'll probably find us floating the lazy river during the summer. And whenever I get a quiet moment to myself, I'm almost always reading a book on my phone. It's my favorite way to unwind after a busy wedding weekend.

What clients say

"Emma was great! Very nice to chat with and was very helpful on simplifying the wedding process. We had several vendors so she was great on keeping track of everything. She was beyond great the day of the wedding, incredible communicator and a peaceful calm presence on a hectic day. My wife and I will always remember her greeting us following our ceremony with our cocktails. Very highly would recommend."
