The full-service package is for the couple who wants a partner in the process from day one. Whether you have a full vision and need someone to execute it, or you're staring at Pinterest wondering where to start - we take the time to understand who you are, what matters most, and where you want to put your energy, so the planning reflects you from the start.

Contact us

We kick things off with a discovery meeting to get to know you as a couple. What your ideal wedding actually looks and feels like, where your priorities are, and how involved you want to be. Everything we plan from this point forward comes back to what we learn here.

phase 1 - let's talk about you

ONBOARDING & discovery

Our Process

  • Discovery meeting (video call) to align on vision, values, design direction, priorities
  • Planning portal setup to keep us organized
  • Budget conversation, defining the budget, and setting priorities to make sure we account for everything
  • Venue goal-setting and search support if you haven't booked yet
  • The Truly Together look book developed — this defines the look, feel, overall guest experience and how it all plays together

FULL DESIGN & VENDOR BOOKING

We've Been Doing This Since Before Pinterest Existed.

Once we know you, we put our connections and experience to work for you to match you with the right vendors for your vision. We've already done the research and reviewed the proposal to make sure it's a good match before anything lands on your plate. You're in on the decisions. We're in on everything else.

  • We take care of everything but saying yes. That means we reach out to vendors who we have vetted and know are a great match. We’ll work with them to get a proposal, negotiate the contract and then review the options with you so we can make a final decision together and hear your feedback.

  • Monthly calls as needed to review proposals and anything that you may need assistance with that falls on your side of the line. We can’t exactly know that Aunt Jude has an allergy to shellfish that we need to keep in mind when we get the catering proposal, so we set up a monthly check in to review all the details and progress.

  • Budget setup & management, full event design, vendor management, step-by-step guidance and support is all included

phase 2 - we take it from here

Phase 3 - Reconciliation

Dot the i's and cross the t's.

  • Full vendor reconciliation — this means contacting each vendor, confirming every detail, final payments, and logistics to make sure every box is checked from vendor meals to song selections
  • Close out any remaining decisions, timeline details, decor plan details & floor plan updates
  • Hone in on the details and tasks that don't matter until they do (like making sure those dance floor props you had your eye on are ordered)
  • Distribution of wedding documents to vendors & VIPs

Next - it's wedding day!

This is what it's all been for. The planning is done and the day is yours. We handle everything happening behind the scenes, from the first vendor arriving to the last one loading out.

Your only job today is to be present.

phase 4

wedding day

  • 1 hour for coordination of rehearsal
  • 10 hours on wedding day for Lead Coordinator + Assistant
  • Cue & assist vendors, wedding party and couple to keep timeline moving forward through setup, ceremony, and reception
  • Distribute and pin all personal flowers
  • Oversee set-up according to couple specifications
  • Distribution of final payments & gratuities
  • Loading of gifts and personal items into designated vehicles
  • Oversee breakdown/clean up of event
  • Use of wedding emergency kit

Pricing starts at $9,450

*remaining 2026 dates offered at $8,650

Got Questions?

We’ve Got Answers.

Should I book a planner or venue first?
Planner first.

Your venue is your single biggest budget decision, and it sets the parameters for almost everything else — guest count, vendor options, timeline, and how much you have left to spend. Being there from the start means we can help you find a venue that actually works for your vision and your budget, not just the one that photographs well.

Booking late makes those early decisions a lot harder to undo.

What other services and add-ons do you offer?
Our planning clients also have access to welcome party planning, post-wedding brunch planing, signage design and execution, hotel block coordination, and event rentals. Not every couple needs all of these — we'll figure out what makes sense for your day during the planning process. Just flag it early so we have time to take care of it right.

Can I get discounts on vendors?
We don't have "discount" relationships with vendors — and that's intentional. The vendors we work with are ones we've vetted for quality, reliability, and fit. A discount relationship could mean a referral fee, which affects whose name gets recommended first. That's not how we work.

What we do bring is 15+ years of knowing exactly what things should cost, what's worth the splurge, and where you can save without feeling it on the day. We'll make sure you don't over-order, over-pay, or commit to something before you fully understand what you're getting.

I'm LGBTQ+, how do you select vendors for us?
Every vendor we recommend is inclusive — and we mean that beyond just "we'll take your booking." Every vendor in our network is one we've personally worked with and vetted, and part of that is making sure they show up for all couples with genuine enthusiasm, not tolerance.

We're not a company that quietly books you with vendors who aren't on board. If someone isn't a good fit for who you are, they aren't in our network.

How do I get started?
Reach out through the contact form or the button at the bottom of this page and we'll check availability. If your date is open, we'll get a consultation call on the calendar — no commitment, just a real conversation to see if we're the right fit. From there, we'll put together a custom proposal.
